UK Mosques Undercover

This is an enlightening as well as disturbing investigative report from the U K’s very respected and popular channel 4 news program "Dispatches": UK Mosques Undercover. They have an undercover reporter with a hidden camera attend several Mosques for four or five months. It's amazing to see the hatred for what the Imams call “the kuffar” (derogatory Arabic term for non-believers) and our freedom and democracy. It reveals their true agenda as they invite and seem to embrace “kuffars” as guest speakers at their Mosques. They say it’s to promote interfaith understanding, but once the “kuffars” are gone the real agenda is exposed. The Imams also preach that “women are deficient” “even if a woman has a PHD she is deficient”. One top Imam preaches that it’s ok to marry off or for a man to marry a pre-pubescent little girl. He reminds them that “The Profit Mohamed did it”, so it’s OK. Notice on the documentary that he refers to a pre-pubescent little girl as “a woman”. I guess females are seen as woman as soon as they can walk and please a man. I will point out however, that Mohamed did at least wait until she was nine before he started molesting his child bride. Getting them young probably makes it much easier to force them into submission and acceptance of the sub-human rolls that they will spend the rest of their lives living. I’ll bet potty training their wife helps prepare them for potty training their children though. NICE!! It's in six parts.

Being in the Spirit

A few years ago my close friend Cody’s father lost his battle with cancer and passed away. Many people attended his memorial service and it was easy to see that this kind man was a loving father, husband and friend. It was also clear that he was deeply loved and would be greatly missed by all of those, whose lives he touched. There were many stories about receiving help and acts of kindness from him when “they really needed it.” But one simple story has stayed with and impacted me more than the others. And it also describes the kind of man Cherokee was. The story goes that Cherokee and his friend were out running errands and before entering a place of business to do their errand, a homeless drunken looking man asked for some money. Without hesitation and as he always did, Cherokee reached in his pocket and handed him money. Once inside his friend questioned why he bothered giving him money. And that “he was just going to by some alcohol with it.” Cherokees reply is what impacted me the most. He said, "What he does with it is up to him. I've done my part”. That statement changed my attitude and put me in the true spirit of giving. And although I didn’t have the honor of knowing him in life, a little bit of Cherokee lives on in my heart, as my spirit of unconditional giving.

The Liberal Mind Set and Europe's "Submission"

If one take’s a close look at Islam and the behavior of its followers, it’s easy to see that it’s not just a religion but a political doctrine that unites all of its followers. Muslims that have immigrated but by all accounts haven’t assimilated to the west, are like foreign countries living within other countries borders.
In a post I made earlier “The Rape Of Europe” from the Brussels Journal. A noted German author Henryk M. Broder recently told the Dutch newspaper De Volkskrant (12 October) “that young Europeans who love freedom, better emigrate. Europe as we know it will no longer exist 20 years from now.” “Europe is turning Muslim.” And if you consider what the article goes on to point out, that estimates number muslims at fifty million which at the currant rate of increase is expected to double by 2025.And by 2025 one-third of Europe will be muslim. It’s easy to understand his desperate concern. As a result of Europe’s blind liberal political philosophy, that’s main politically correct concern, is protecting individual rights, and live and let live. Europe once again has been invaded by a monster. Just like the last time, they have plunged their heads in the sand and ignored the obvious. As their countries, their freedoms, their liberty, are all being lost to Islam they remain in a state of denial and do nothing. Sadly like before they are also failing to protect their Jewish citizens and once again Jews are being threatened with annihilation because they're Jewish. And Europe is once again not willing to stand up to a tyrant to protect them.

In an article on the NRO website Lorenzo Vidino & Erick Stakelbeck reveal a disturbing trend of the brutal, medieval Islamic Sharia law being practiced throughout Europe. European Dishonor One of the most shocking examples of this new reality occurred in Sweden last year, when a Kurdish woman was killed by her father for having a romantic relationship with a Swedish man. Fadime Sahindal, 26, had taken her father and brother to sharia court in 1998, alleging that they had threatened to kill her for refusing to marry a Kurdish man the family had chosen for her. The two received only light sentences, however, and continued to abuse Fadime until, in 2002, her father shot and killed her. Disturbingly, the young woman was well aware of the fate that awaited her, as she said during the 1998 trial: "The only way for the family to regain its honor now that I have spread dishonor over it is to kill me." There are many more examples of this disturbing trend so click the link if you need more convincing. I’m afraid Europe may have waited to long to do anything about the Islamization and eventual submission to “the religion of peace”.

The submission of the Europeans won’t be to difficult for the Islamists with people like the feminist that Henryk M. Broder recently debated. When ask about what should be done about the Islamization, she speaks like a true liberal. And at the same time reveals the deep state of denial she and many other liberals are in about life as a muslim under sharia law. She said that it is sometimes better to let yourself be raped than to risk serious injuries while resisting. She said it is sometimes better to avoid fighting than run the risk of death.”And I’m confident she and the rest of the Europe’s feminist movement will be welcomed with open arms and burka!
In this piece from the same article, we get another glimps at why liberals are bad choices when it comes to protecting our freedom. I guess this guy is a where of how sharia laws deal with gay people. In a recent op-ed piece in the Brussels newspaper De Standaard (23 October) the Dutch (gay and self-declared “humanist”) author Oscar Van den Boogaard refers to Broder’s interview. Van den Boogaard says that to him coping with the islamization of Europe is like “a process of mourning.” He is overwhelmed by a “feeling of sadness.” “I am not a warrior,” he says, “but who is? I have never learned to fight for my freedom. I was only good at enjoying it.” After reading this do you wonder why Ayman al-Zawahiri just reached out to the liberal Democratic Party. He knows what “The dominant Ethos” is in the liberal mind and how easy they will submit.

On her recent post, one my favorite and one of the clearest thinkers in America, Dr.Sanity, explains it best. It is all a matter of attaining that "cheap glory". Cheap glory for the Democrats who feel they best express their patriotism by heroically and honorably caving into the religious fanatics whose principal desire is to destroy our country; and cheap glory for Zawahiri and the other terrorists who, knowing they cannot possibly win on any other battlefield of this war, cleverly plan to achieve victory by letting America defeat itself. She goes on to say: The Democrat's quest for cheap glory is nothing more than the sociopathic selflessness (a form of malignant narcissism) of an organization that puts its overweening obsession for power above the needs of the country--and primly tells us that they are doing so "for our own good". Through the magic of postmodern irrationalism, they can always spin any defeat and surrender into examples of honor and integrity. Our only hope is that rational Americans can override the currant political situation we’re in. And put some people in Washington that see the reality of danger from Islamofacism.

THE RAPE OF EUROPE

This article published in the Brussels Journal is pretty frightening. The German author Henryk M. Broder recently told the Dutch newspaper De Volkskrant (12 October) that young Europeans who love freedom, better emigrate. Europe as we know it will no longer exist 20 years from now. Whilst sitting on a terrace in Berlin, Broder pointed to the other customers and the passers-by and said melancholically: “We are watching the world of yesterday.” He discuses a debate he had with a young female author in which she said the unbelievable “The dominant ethos,” he told De Volkskrant, “is perfectly voiced by the stupid blond woman author with whom I recently debated. "She said that it is sometimes better to let yourself be raped than to risk serious injuries while resisting. She said it is sometimes better to avoid fighting than run the risk of death.” He goes on to point out that the exodus is already underway the number of emigrants leaving the Netherlands and Germany has already surpassed the number of immigrants moving in. One does not have to be prophetic to predict, like Henryk Broder, that Europe is becoming Islamic. Just consider the demographics. The number of Muslims in contemporary Europe is estimated to be 50 million. It is expected to double in twenty years. By 2025, one third of all European children will be born to Muslim families. Today Mohammad is already the most popular name for new-born boys in Brussels, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and other major European cities.

Corn? I Don't Remember Eatin' Corn

I know the subject is disgusting or odd at best. But you know you want to know. And I came across an article about it while researching something else. What’s up with corn? Why doesn’t it digest completely? It’s because the human digestive tract doesn’t contain the appropriate enzymes we need to break down long carbohydrate chains in foods made of cellulose. Lettuce is also a difficult food for humans to digest. Now the cow is set up for it. And she proves it by living on grass. That which we could never do. It’s over now. Move on…

Make What Doesn't Kill You,Make You Stronger.

One of my brothers made a comment on one of my post that I've been thinking about. He said "By the way, dyslexia is a strength you can use to get close to people" and he's right. I've been using it for years. Every job I've had in my adult life I have become a trainer and or a manager. One reason I've done well at training people is my ability to explain things from several angles. This is a result of being dyslexic. I've always had to figure out the best way for my brain to process information. That requires me to be creative in the “making sense of it” part and patient while I figure it out. Research shows that the dyslexic person is very visual and this helps as well. With the death of my older brother Kelly when I was little, my Aunt at 17, my younger brother Gordon, when I was 18, and then my Dad when I was 25, I’ve gained insight in the grieving process as well. I guess that’s why I always feel compelled to help friends that experience the loss of someone they love. These experiences have given me the confidence to talk about the subject and people are usually more comfortable with me because they know I’ve been there and truly understand. I’m so grateful that my parents had the strength and spirituality to keep it together as well as they did during these very difficult times for our family. It has been inspiring to watch how a true love of God can really make a difference in one's life. I have an even greater appreciation for their strength now that I have my own children.

Do You Have a Big Head?

Having a big head may not be a bad thing after all. Head size and its relation to IQ has always been a controversial subject. Scholars close to the subject have scoffed at the rudimentary and biased way 19th century scholars drew their conclusion using head size and contour. But modern neuroimaging demonstrate's that cranial volume or in laymans terms, the amount of room for brains, is correlated with IQ.

Men Shake Their Nozzle

I've been trying to solve this mystery for a few years so I've decided to post it. After a man dispenses fuel into his vehicle. He shakes the nozzle a few times before completely removing it from the fill spout and returning it to the dispenser. This of coarse, removes most of the drops of fuel that would potentially land on his pants and shoes. After years of observation, I've noticed that most women just remove the nozzle after dispensing and shift their legs and feet away from the freed drops of fuel still hiding in the nozzle. Why don't women shake their nozzle?

2006 The Year of The Religion of Perpetual Outrage

Michelle Malkin takes a look back at the religion of peace and perpetual outrage. I found these interesting facts on “The Religion of Peace.com” More people are murdered every year by Islamist than in the entire 350 year history of the SpanishInquisition. More civilians were murdered in two hours on September the 11th by Islamist than in the 36 years of sectarian violence of Northern Ireland. Islamic attacks against the US since 1979 cost roughly 3,500 American lives Four Islamic enemy air raids were conducted against American targets in New York and Washington, DC, killing close to 3,000 people, destroying the World Trade Towers, and severely damaging the Pentagon. Almost all of those killed were Americans. On November 4, 1979, Islamic Iranian enemies stormed US Embassy Tehran and took about 66 Americans hostage. Thirteen were released on November 19-20, 1979; one on July 11, 1980; the remaining 52 on January 20, 1981 Beirut, Lebanon, Embassy, 1983 On April 18, 1983, the Islamic Hezbollah enemy employed a suicide bomber to truck-bomb US Embassy Beirut. Sixty-three people were killed, of whom 17 were American; 120 injured Beirut, Lebanon, Marine Barracks, 1983 On October 23, 1983, an enemy Islamic suicide bomber truck-bombed the US Marine Corps Barracks at the Beirut International Airport. Two hundred twenty Marines and 21 members of other US military services were killed. This was the bloodiest day for the US Marines Corps since the amphibious assault on Iwo Jima in WWII. Kuwait, US Embassy, 1983 On December 12, 1983, a 25 year old Islamic Iraqi enemy soldier belonging to the enemy Islamic Iranian Dawa Group truck-bombed US Embassy Kuwait, seriously damaging the chancery and destroying the administrative annex, killing five (no Americans), injuring 80. There was no American retaliation. Beirut, Lebanon, abduction and murder of US CIA Station Chief William Buckley, 1984 On March 16, 1984, Islamic Shiite enemies abducted US Embassy Beirut CIA Station Chief Lt. Col. William Buckley, USA, the CIA's top terrorism expert. In October 1985, the CIA assessed that Buckley had been taken to Islamic Iran by way of Islamic Syria and tortured to death. Kuwait, US Embassy Annex, 1984 On September 20, 1984, Islamic Shiite enemies of the US car-bombed the US Embassy annex in east Beirut, killing 14 and injuring 57, including the US and British ambassadors and 19 other Americans. There was no American retaliation. Lockerbie, Scotland, Pan-Am Flight 103 to New York, 1988 On December 21, 1988, Pan Am Flight 103 exploded over Scotland, killing all 259 aboard and 11 on the ground. Of the 270 passengers, 189 were Americans. First New York World Trade Center attack, 1993 On February 26, 1993, a massive explosion occurred in the public parking garage of the World Trade Center in New York City. Six people were killed, all Americans, with more than 1,000 injured. A truck-bomb was the cause. Six Islamic enemy conspirators were convicted of the crime in 1997 and 1998 and given prison sentences of 240 years each Kuwait, Attempted assassination of President Bush, 1993 Manila Air Bomb Plot, the "Bojinka Plot," 1994 In Late 1994, enemy Islamic forces operating in the Philippines were building bombs they planned to place and remotely detonate on twelve US carrier jumbo jets in a single 48-hour period as they flew from the Far East to the US. A fire in the building housing the bomb building activity thwarted the plot. Three enemy forces were arrested in three foreign countries, brought to New York for trial, and are now serving life imprisonments without the possibility of parole. Had the plot succeeded, it is estimated about 4,000 people would have died, and worldwide air travel would have been disrupted for months, having a major impact on the global economy. Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, Khobar Towers Military complex, 1996 On June 25, 1996, enemy Islamic forces truck-bombed part of the Khobar Towers housing complex at the King Abdul Aziz Air Base in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The explosion occurred near building #131, an eight-story building used mostly by US Air Force personnel. Nineteen US servicemen and one Saudi were killed, with 372 injured. Nairobi, Kenya, U.S. Embassy, 1998 On August 7, 1998, the US Embassy Nairobi was truck-bombed. Two hundred thirteen people were killed, more than 4,000 injured. Of the 213 who died, 12 were Americans, 32 were Kenyan Foreign Service workers and the remainder were mostly Africans, mostly Kenyan passers-by. A host of islamic enemies have been sought, including Osama bin Laden Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, U.S. Embassy, 1998 On August 7, 1998, the US Embassy Dar es Salaam was truck-bombed, within five minutes of the Nairobi bombing mentioned above. Eleven died, all Tanzanian, and 85 were injured, which did include some Americans. A host of Islamic enemies have been sought, including Osama bin Laden. Los Angeles International Airport, California, 1999 On December 14, 1999, an Islamic enemy Algerian soldier was arrested while crossing from Canada into Washington State with 130 pounds of explosive chemicals and four homemade timing devices. His plan was to detonate a bomb at Los Angeles International Airport on the evening of December 31, 1999. He intended to load the bomb into a suitcase and carry it aboard a train to the airport Aden, Yemen, USS The Sullivans, 2000 On January 3, 2000 enemy Islamic suicide bombers attempted an attack against the USS The Sullivans in port at Aden, Yemen. The attempt failed because the explosives to be employed were too heavy for the suicide boat and the boat sank long before striking The Sullivans. Apparently the bomb-boat sunk with no notice to anyone except the bombers. Aden, Yemen, USS Cole, 2000 On October 12, 2000, an explosion occurred on the port side of the destroyer USS Cole (DDG-67) while moored in the harbor of Aden, Yemen. The ship suffered a 40 by 40 foot gash in its port side. Seventeen sailors were killed and 39 were injured Air raids against the US, 2001 Four Islamic enemy air raids were conducted against American targets in New York and Washington, DC, killing close to 3,000 people, destroying the World Trade Towers, and severely damaging the Pentagon. Almost all of those killed were Americans.

Why Politics Should Stay out of Church

I’m really surprised that so many ministers have no problem promoting their political views from the pulpit. In Matthew 21:13 Jesus said” It is written," he said to them,” 'My house will be called a house of prayer,' but you are making it a 'den of robbers.” Now check out what Jesus did right before he made the previous statement. Matthew 21:12 "Jesus entered the temple area and drove out all who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves". Apparently I’m not the only one that believes that God’s house is reserved for prayer, praise and worship. This was one of the few times Jesus was so mad he got a little violent. He was extremely put off by what was happening in his house and made it clear with both words and actions. I believe that if ministers concentrated on saving souls and people were walking with Christ, their conscience inspired by God, would lead them to the correct chad with none hanging or dangling in the aftermath. Salvation doesn't require works because God knows as Christians we bare fruit. Meaning we will want to do Gods work without being told we have to. If those of you that have read the bible have noticed, Jesus stayed out of politics for the most part and so should the teachers his word.

Consider the person that doesn’t agree with the minister’s political views and the position they are put in. If they speak out they run the risk of becoming an outcast or fighting with their church family. This in a place they’ve come for peace. Or they keep their beliefs secret and don’t feel as close to the rest, loosing the feeling of inclusion that draws us to a certain church.Politic’s can be such a polarizing, divisive issue that it might even drive a person away. This would be horrible, especially if they had just arrived in a fragile state, and in serious need of sanctuary. Alcoholics Anonymous had a rocky beginning and the organization shut down because it's founders had irreconcilable differences about politics role within AA. Today’s AA carefully avoids any political affiliation and remains strong and successful.

Thomas Jefferson first proposed the Virginia Statute of Religious freedom in 1779 and the General Assembly adopted it in 1786. It was one of the sources for The Bill of Rights and its principles and language have inspired proponents of religious freedom through out the world. He thoughtfully explains the importance of keeping religious opinions from influencing decisions and the makers of those decisions on matters pertaining to civil rights.

The Virginia Statute of Religious Freedom

Whereas, Almighty God hath created the mind free; that all attempts to influence it by temporal punishments or burthens, or by civil incapacitations tend only to beget habits of hypocrisy and meanness, and are a departure from the plan of the holy author of our religion, who being Lord, both of body and mind yet chose not to propagate it by coercions on either, as was in his Almighty power to do, that the impious presumption of legislators and rulers, civil as well as ecclesiastical, who, being themselves but fallible and uninspired men have assumed dominion over the faith of others, setting up their own opinions and modes of thinking as the only true and infallible, and as such endeavouring to impose them on others, hath established and maintained false religions over the greatest part of the world and through all time; that to compel a man to furnish contributions of money for the propagation of opinions which he disbelieves is sinful and tyrannical; that even the forcing him to support this or that teacher of his own religious persuasion is depriving him of the comfortable liberty of giving his contributions to the particular pastor, whose morals he would make his pattern, and whose powers he feels most persuasive to righteousness, and is withdrawing from the Ministry those temporary rewards, which, proceeding from an approbation of their personal conduct are an additional incitement to earnest and unremitting labours for the instruction of mankind; that our civil rights have no dependence on our religious opinions any more than our opinions in physics or geometry, that therefore the proscribing any citizen as unworthy the public confidence, by laying upon him an incapacity of being called to offices of trust and emolument, unless he profess or renounce this or that religious opinion, is depriving him injuriously of those privileges and advantages, to which, in common with his fellow citizens, he has a natural right, that it tends only to corrupt the principles of that very Religion it is meant to encourage, by bribing with a monopoly of worldly honours and emoluments those who will externally profess and conform to it; that though indeed, these are criminal who do not withstand such temptation, yet neither are those innocent who lay the bait in their way; that to suffer the civil magistrate to intrude his powers into the field of opinion and to restrain the profession or propagation of principles on supposition of their ill tendency is a dangerous fallacy which at once destroys all religious liberty because he being of course judge of that tendency will make his opinions the rule of judgment and approve or condemn the sentiments of others only as they shall square with or differ from his own; that it is time enough for the rightful purposes of civil government, for its officers to interfere when principles break out into overt acts against peace and good order; and finally, that Truth is great, and will prevail if left to herself, that she is the proper and sufficient antagonist to error, and has nothing to fear from the conflict, unless by human interposition disarmed of her natural weapons free argument and debate, errors ceasing to be dangerous when it is permitted freely to contradict them.

Being Judgmental And a Christian

I've been thinking about the way a few of my Christian friend’s judge and feel about gay people. I just can't understand their position. First, the obvious problem is that they are being judgmental. God address this sin directly when he said 1"Do not judge, or you too will be judged. 2For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you". That seems pretty strait forward to me. Just like in everyday life I believe that people who constantly speak negatively of others are insecure, weak people. The same holds true for Christians that are constantly pointing out others sins and judging people. They're either misinformed about the judgment process or they're insecure with their own lifestyle. Jesus didn't spend that horrific day up on Calvary hill because just a few of us are sinners. WE ALL ARE! One person pointed out that if one is "living the gay lifestyle" they are unrepentant and in a perpetual state of sin. I pointed out that I constantly see him checking out girls and it's everyday.3"Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye"?So by his rational he too was unrepentant and in a perpetual state of sin. Everyone I know struggles with sin and God expected that. Don't you think that if God thought it was remotely possible we mortals could be perfect and without sin he would have found an easier job for his only son? Maybe checking people in or working in the mail room. I should also point out that the folks Jesus new as sinners (he had an in with "THE JUDGE") are the ones he loved and spent the most time with. Yes, as my cousin rightly pointed out during an unrelated discussion, people should be held accountable.I agree, but not in a public forum in what accounts to a humiliating, sadistic public lashing. We as Christians should never do anything that could possibly drive someone away from the church. “If lovin’ Jesus is wrong, I don’t want to be right”

The Grilled Cheese Sandwich

I really need to get this off my chest. This is a some what embarrassing and little known fact about me. I was in ninth grade sitting in intro to trigonometry and contemplating how simple yet satisfying the grilled cheese sandwich was. Only up until that moment I called it a Gorilla Cheese sandwich and I started wondering what gorillas had to do with this particular sandwich. The light came on, and I realized gorillas weren’t involved at all. It’s actually called the grilled cheese sandwich which of course made a lot more sense. But why had I referred to it as the gorilla cheese sandwich? I new my mom would have the answer and it was really bugging me. I tried to call her while in between classes but she was out and I was tardy to my next class. Unfortunately my football coach taught that class and it cost me six extra laps after practice that day. That evening my mom explained that when I was two I couldn’t say grilled but I could say gorilla, and it stayed that way at lease for me, until that day. I must have been so cute. It’s still a gorilla cheese to mom and probably always will be. WHAT EVER DAVID!

Trying to Understand Male and Female Comunication Differences

One day after my wife returned from our son’s baseball game she asked if I liked her new hair style. I noticed it was considerably shorter and new she had scheduled the hair appointment for early that morning. I immediately new something was up because she usually waited to see if I would notice on my own. My shields were up and I quickly told her that I loved it and asked if she was happy with it. She said that she liked it, but two of our male friends she had seen at the baseball game didn’t. I asked how she had come to that conclusion and she explained that as she and one of the friends walked past each other he looked at her hair and said “you got a hair cut” and walked on by saying nothing else. As the next friend was walking by, he said “I like your new hair cut" " It looks really good on you" and off he went. As the third friend strolled by, he glanced up and said “you got a hair cut” then continued on his way. I said. That’s it? How do you know they didn’t like it? She explained that if the two friends had actually liked it, they would have said more and that “you got a hair cut” actually meant “Oooo you got your hair cut and its short and I prefer long hair on women”. She was miffed that the two could possibly think that their opinion mattered to her. Men! I explained that guys don’t speak in the female hidden meaning code. It’s way to confusing for us and the fact that they even noticed was an incredible event in it self. The friend who said he liked it was just a better trained husband and she should pay a compliment to his trainer. Men and women really do communicate completely different and it’s so confusing. If a girl with what she perceives is a big nose, goes to meet a group of girlfriends at a Starbucks and upon entering, one of her soon to be hated ex-friends yells from across the room "what’s up beak face" while giggles break out then immediately after, the same girl yells " I’m just kidding girl! Now get over here and join the party" "have you lost weight?" The girl with what she perceives is a big nose would be devastated, embarrassed and would never speak to her or any of the gigglers again. She would probably need therapy and may even require a nose job to alleviate her already debilitating insecurity over her perceived big nose. Now if you look at the same scenario but involving guys. When the guy who probably really has a giant nose, hears “what’s up beak face” he immediately feels acceptance, love and brotherhood and he returns the gesture with something like “not much pizza face” to a guy who would actually have bad acne in order to warrant the "pizza face” comment. The result would be a mutual feeling of acceptance and brotherhood. All would be well and friendships would flourish. Why the differences?

Death of my cousin's dog

My cousin’s lab "Dutch" died a few days ago and the whole family(excluding my brother David) from coast to coast was talking about it. It was literally a death in the family. My lab is getting old and I'm dreading the inevitable. The death of my cousin’s dog made me think about it all day yesterday. I’m dreading having to deal with the emotion. It’s too bad that society dictates men have to remain relatively stoic in such situations. One of my best friends growing up died from an undetected congenital heart defect during a basketball game our junior year in high school.During his funeral his family was much more openly emotional than I was accustom to. I remember his mom was screaming his name and thrashing about and I thought to myself, I’ll bet that feels really good to just scream your grief out like that. Like when you smash your finger with a hammer,it feels good to scream some choice words and dance around. Well I have just decided from now on I'm going to let go and become an emotional screamer. I may start a movement, write some books and do seminars as well. Anyone interested in being a disciple? I'll call it "Let Go".
